Lily Junker is a theatre-maker with a fondness for ensemble-based work & storytelling through movement.
WHERE SHE COMES FROM:
Lily is a native of Pittsburgh, PA. She is a proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh,
where she studied Theatre and Writing.
WHERE SHE IS NOW:
Lily has recently returned to Pittsburgh after 10 years away. Though saying goodbye to the remarkable folks at McCarter Theatre Center - her artistic home for the last 6 years - was sad, she is thrilled to be back in the 'Burgh, where her family and artistic roots run deep.
UP NEXT:
This July, Lily will be returning to McCarter Theatre Center to serve as lead teaching artist for their summer program, PLAY MAKERS: A HERO'S JOURNEY. In the fall, she will return to Princeton University to lead a professional development seminar in Arts Integration application in the classroom for the Teachers as Scholars program.
